Through Kyung, your contracts lady (so friendly!), I realised I could afford the car simply because I have a home mortgage and that was what made the purchase possible. Leo was so helpful and so positive, and his follow-up care was faultless. I was so impressed and wouldn't have the car without his efforts.

I am writing to thank personally for your help with the warranty service work you arranged and your service staff performed to correct the problem on my Prado. As i said at the time we first spoke that this vehicle is probably our last and was a large investment for us. We hope in a few years to do a lot of travelling with our caravan around Australia. It is comforting to know that the high standard of service and courtesy you gave personally to us is available to us when we have our care service with you. I would appreciate it if you could thank your service advisors and service technicians for their help. I appreciate how sometimes in your job it is not easy as my father was a service manager.
I respected my father greatly; I saw first hand him deal with the general public and learnt that in a few cases it is not always easy. I see in you those personal qualities that made him a good person and admired by many. Just a short note to say how happy we've been with the prompt and efficient service given to us over the past week by Paul Jim in the purchase of our Yaris; We were especially impressed by the advice Paul gave us on the differences we could expect between our old Lexcen and the smaller Yaris.
