Improved rear visibility

The reversing camera* provides a wide area of vision immediately behind you, dramatically enhancing your rear vision. It helps you see things like small children, animals, low walls or shopping trolleys that are close to the back of the car.

Hybrid Camry's reverse camera* and rear parking sensors~ help you reverse with confidence and make it easier to drive into even the tightest parking spot.

So whether you're reversing out of a tight parking spot on a busy street or your driveway at home, the reversing camera helps you to back up with extra safety and confidence.
The camera image is displayed on the 4.3 inch audio screen or on the Satellite Navigation+ screen where the Navigation option is fitted.

Reversing sensors provide added safety when reversing

Hybrid Camry has rear parking sensors~ for added safety when reversing. Parking Sensors warn you of obstacles close behind you to aid your parking, helping you get into tight spots and parallel parks without scraping your car.

* The rear view camera does not provide a comprehensive view of the entire rear area of the vehicle and should only be used as an aid for viewing when reversing. + Current navigation mapping database encompasses major capital and primary national road networks, as well as offering some coverage in regional areas. ~ ParkAssist is designed as a driver assist device only and should not be used as a substitute for skilled driving and safe parking practises. The area into which the vehicle is to be reversed must be visually monitored by the driver while parking.
